China has, once and for all, made it clear that although it is more than willing to open itself for trade with the rest of the world, it would never tolerate any attempt that breaches or even tries to influence the prevailing way of thinking within its sphere of influence. The latest move by the Chinese administration to regulate Internet based news sources, only goes to highlight the pathetic state of freedom of expression in the land of the dragon.
